The one thing Keith really wanted this year was to plant a garden. We missed out on the summer garden because of timing when we moved in. Keith was not about to let another season pass by. He attended a gardening conference and read up on how to grow a flourishing garden in the winter. He is so proud of the outcome and can't wait to start eating his accomplishments. He decided on two box gardens. Believe it or not, but these two garden boxes will produce as much food as planting half or our back yard using the traditional methods of gardening. People ask what he did while he was out of work, and this was one of his most promising projects. Keith is very passionate about being self reliant and learning to garden with a lot of success.
